Gnoll Shaman (No Remaster, that's a Remake ^^) Early WIP
I tried reworking the old Shaman model for a little bit, but it just didn't work. His pose lacks energy and expressiveness, and refurbishing it by just changing his paws and adding a tail didn't feel good enough. The model is just outdated and there isn't much I can do to improve it significantly.
As a result, I have decided to give the Shaman a model on a par with the more recent Gnoll models. It will be available to all $1 subscribers and above :P
After tinkering a bit between Zbrush and Photoshop, here's what I have come up with :)

My only request is to please be careful with any dangly bits that may be easy to break or may not survive shipping. It’s possible to do them just perhaps weld them to another surface or provide a really thick attachment point.
Wow just realized this was a super old post lol. For some reason this showed up to me as an update hahaha
The remake is outstanding, high quality showing off your skills. The pose dynamics and feel of the figure are on par with your current work. I love the photoshop concept ideas. I would purpose the following; what about a nose piercing may be a bone or large thorn through the septum?!? Possibly ears pierced or chewed on a bit. On the left leg, you could add a bracelet idea like the one on the right forearm. I am looking forward to printing the new Gnoll pack!
Thanks Sean :D Good suggestions there! I'm definitely keeping the septum piercing idea :) I haven't really done any research for the legs yet. I tend to make it up as I go ^^' I'll look into bandages, bracelets, or even shin pads made of wood planks... we'll see ;)
Gnolls in D&D are sometimes druids so this will work well for that too.

I'm an orc and goblin man, and didn't realize how much I also liked gnolls until I saw your models. Am I going to become a tortles fan this month?

Thanks ^^ Yeah, I know you guys didn't ask for it that but I expect a lot from this batch of Gnolls. It's the first time my Patreon will provide 7 models from one single race (spread over the 3 Tiers), and I really want the entire set to look as good as possible :)
