Idk if you guys read my comment on last episode but a key fact to don’t get lost on the world switching is that when you hear a clock ticking means that we are switching time within the same world and when you hear a suction type sound it means a world switch, also common things such as houses are inverted and that’s the reason they made some changes on Martha’s world not because they meant to make a parallel world (which is not) but to differentiate them, hope this helps

And just to add something you missed guys or misunderstood. Adam does not yet exist in 1888. It seems he remains here up until 1921 building the caves. So the cave doesn't exist in old Jonas timeline yet. Also Tannhaus is the leader of the Sic Mundus, the blind guy.
