October Kairos Poll: A Quest for Demigods
Hi guys, here's the monthly poll. Since we are close to the end of Kairos' second volume, I'll let you choose which arc shall conclude it.
1) The Wolves of Winter
The Beast Cult of Lycaon has terrorized Lyce's noble families for many years, its werewolf assassins doing their best to weaken their master's seal one murder at a time. Their leader, the [Demigod] Romulus, has threatened Kairos' family; and for that, he must die. But though Kairos travels to his second homeland with vengeance in mind, he can't shake the feeling that Romulus and he may share more than they think...
This Quest will involve traveling to Lyce during winter to confront the Beast Cult of Lycaon. It will thus focus on a mix of investigation and cult adventures.
2) Sunset for the Old Gods
The time for a legendary planetary alignment approaches, and with it, the risk of the Old Gods returning. Unwilling to wait until the planned date and watch their home go down in flames, Kairos and his crew must now conquer the legendary Necromanteion dungeon, uncover its secrets, and put an end to the Old Gods' last hope of returning to power. But Death lurks in the dungeon's dark halls, and the reaper shall have its due...
This Quest will be a full dungeon-crawl adventure and the conclusion of the Necromanteion/Circe arc, as Kairos' group explores the ruins all the way to its bottom.

Dungeon delving with power ups and artefacts!
wolves of winter huh? some1 likes his GoT references
You had me at "cult adventures"
Werewolves are cool but dungeon delving takes more priority
Worst part about either of these choices is that they involve godly threats, so both will grow as a threat if not dealt with.
I can't choose, on one hand I want to see the Wolves, but I feel like Kairos would be more worried with a threat to his whole kingdom lying right next to it
We'll get both arcs though won't we.
I agree with @summercat ^^^. Power spike with dungeon levels and artifacts first then deal with Romy.
I really want to see the Lyce storyline, but thematically speaking, I feel that the Old Gods would happen first.
Agreed. The phoenix could be the first threat and the wolves the third. That means that the phoenix could be way more urgent.
Family drama is a way to go for me. Melodrama in ancient Greece, yes.
