Both! Gah. How to choose? Fine, Monaco. But really both.
Some things will never live up to explanation. It would be considerably funnier if we never learn what happened in Monaco. That being said, pandas backstory does not seem all that interesting, so eh.

I haven't read that work, unfortunately.
As much as i want to vote for Panda because i think it would be funny, gotta vote for Monaco because it keeps being brought up in the main story.
