This is incredibly good. Workout vids/talkthroughs (idek what they are actually called) have never really worked for me, but this? this did it. Perfect workout length for me, empowering and funny. So obviously I'm n'thing that I would love more (sorrynotsorry anthony) and would wear the hell out of merch.
