Okay ngl I gotta be a hater about this sorry. I love season 1 bc the world is a bunch of nonsensical improvised goofs that support the specific story y'all were telling, not because the world is a coherent thing I want to run my own games in. I'm not excited to play as a Garden Witch, bc garden witches arent actually fleshed out as presented in the show, They're just an idea for a weird npc. Also, they werent even run with a codified subclass! So if I really wanted an *Authentic* garden witch in my game I'd ignore the sourcebook and just make stuff up like Anthony did! If y'all wrote a guide on how to run a game LIKE dungeons and daddies, (comedy improv, playing off tropes, ignoring rules, turning goofs into game mechanics) I might be tempted, but I dont care about regurgitating your existing gags to my players, I want to make my own. I'm sure this product will be funded by your fans, but I dont see how it could be a good sourcebook to actually play with, and not just read, chuckle and gather dust on your shelf as a collectable. Definitely seems like unthinkingly cashing in on a trend ngl. Should have made the DnD Jokebook instead.
