Also like that we see the contrast between the modern way to investigate a crime vs the old way. He didn't have the DNA, or the missing person data base back then. He would interrogate each suspect and go from there, that's why it was so hard to investigate back then.

I find sooo funny that he's going around with the taxi man😭

Great reaction👍 are you liking this kdrama so far? Since is my first time watching it I was surprised but I'm invested now. I really like the whole premise of traveling through time and I really like the characters so far. The team is funny and the main character is really good. I really like him, specially his personality. He seems to act tough and aggressive but he has a kind heart. He was thinking about how lonely was the life of the woman who survived the attack back then. That was really touching. He also really loves his wife.

Poor woman :( she survived 30 years just to get murdered for real this time and also mutilated.

Yeah, how unfortunate for her. I wonder if she was ever aware about the dots on her foot and if not I wonder how what the connections are between the different murders - now that she has died does this mean that the serial killer will continue but from 7 dots on the feet of their next potential victim...

Seong-jae is kind of an asshole but because he's a Lt. and Gwang-ho is supposed to be an officer. Hierarchy in the police, specially in this kdramas is treated really seriously haha but Gwang-ho is used to be a detective who is respected so there's the clash. Their personalities also have some to do lol theyre both really controlling. We learned in last episode Seong-jae was also transferred there from the police academy so i guess theres some prejudice on him with being from an academy and I think he feels like he needs to prove something. And now he has this strange ass new partner haha he can't catch a break

Yeah, you are right. Hierarchy in the police is very serious andI guess it also being in South Korea too must be double intense. I'm really invested in Seong-Jae and Gwang-ho's work relationship and how it develops. and i'm curious as to what will be the catalyst for them getting closer/respecting each other lol Also thank you for reminding me about the prejudice Seong-jaewas getting in episode 2 with him transfering from the police academy , I jogged my memory! =D

Ok so what i think you're confused about is the crazy woman that killed herself in the last episode. She was South Korea first female serial killer in the kdrama, but she's not our serial killer from 1986. She just was someone who was suspected back in 1986 of another case (Gwang-ho was trying to get her to confess but he was called just the moment he was getting to her) then now he learned that in this future she killed more men and became a 'serial killer'. With the current case of the woman who survived 30 years ago, Gwang-ho thought that he needed to solve her case in order to return but we saw that's not the case.

Ahh, thank you for clearing that up for me. You're right that serial killer from the first episode through me off and for some reason I thought that she was our Serial killer form 1986. Thank you , I can move to the next episodes understanding the plot much better haha
