Changes to the billing method
Hello,
Since we started our Patreon campaign in October 2019, we have used the 'old' way of billing, which means that your subscription always renews on the 1st date of the new month. This meant that, for example, when you subscribe on 1 October, 10 October, or any other date in October, the subscription will renew on 1 November regardless.
This has led to quite some issues, and we refunded everyone who lost their subscription after a couple of days (in case they subscribed late in the month).
Today, we are changing to the 'subscription billing' method. This means for new Patrons, your subscription will renew on the same date next month. So, if you subscribed on 1 October, it will renew on 1 November. If you subscribe today, it will renew on 21 November (and not on 1 November as it used to be).

i joined because 1 i love the game and just created a new VTC even tho i was banned and 2 i knew my appeal would be accepted as its clearly an accident and these things happen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1oDtpqqHCr8 but no you gave me a week ban, a player who for 8 years previously had never be banned for reckless driving and had only ever got a slap on the wrist for having NATO as my company (north Atlantic trucker organisation) which i changed to what it currently is NAFO anyway this has done me i honestly thought the mods were decent people but clearly their not... so ive pulled my gold subscription and so is my brother until something is done about the ban/appeal system

unbelievable admins.... honest mistake gets punished by 10 day ban even when I have not been banned since 2018

This is a nice gesture! I would agree that this makes it easier and more transparent on where and when your pay date is due.
This is a pretty solid update for new patrons, always enjoy being apart of this wonderful community!

Hey, this is only for new Patrons. Existing memberships are not affected and will renew on the 1st day of the month.
It's great that they resolved this, I signed with 4 days to go until the 1st and unfortunately I had to pay again that month. And I was not reimbursed.

Maybe u should do Announcements related to Patrons on Patreon since that’s what it is for.
