The Design Focus of the Carbon Pink setting

You've probably already noticed, what with Remakes being pretty much "cyberpunk Warforged" and the character sheet being basically traced over, is that - for ease of use - the goal of Carbon Pink is essentially transplanting the core rules of D&D into a cyberpunk setting.

Faerun with Rum, Bum and Guns.

Once we've got the more boring stuff down, (turning spells into hacks and bullets, turning spell focuses into guns, figuring out subclasses, feats, all that shit) we can focus on bringing the corpo-feudalist world to life.

Mechanically, the fun stuff would be Optional Rules for DMing. What are the rules for urban battles? What nifty little quirks could fighting in a branch of Bimbo's Psychotherapeutic Surgery be like, or unarmed combat in Tropicana's, a strip club filled with 8 foot tall body-building chippendales? How many levels should a player gain from a week in the Sense-tanks? What rules do tropical storms bring to the table?

So yeah, Carbon Pink will be essentially rewording the Core Rules for a cyberpunk setting, with Optional Rules and suggestions for life and combat in the tropical megacities.

If that sounds like something you'd like to contribute to, we'll get started with a Workshop Discord!
