Shouting Quarter Redrawn

 Had to redraw the Shouting Quarter because a game that claims that the pursuit of ad revenue is negatively impacting modern society should probably have some fuckin' ads in it.  

Here's it clean and with our exhausted protagonist and a Screechlord in front of it.
