Hey guys, you can download the latest version of the PDF here:

On V&V 2.0:
So it turns out I’m gonna have to remake the PDF in a dedicated PDF making app in order to make things like text justified and searchable and whatnot, but that shouldn’t be as miserable as it sounds, plus it’ll give me the opportunity to change some things I’ve grown to dislike about the game and things that need to be changed after significant feedback.
Stuff like having base ability scores AND modifiers, rather than just modifiers, changing the leveling to reflect the ability scores changes, changing the names of the stats, and tweaking enemy stat blocks to make them a bit more interactive, as well as the layout and font choices of the book.
Basically V&V 2.0 will be the Premium Version, the one that folks will have to buy. You guys will get it for free of course, and I’ll post updates along the way.
So what about this version?
Ostensibly, all I need to do to make this version “feature complete” is rework the Bounty Board system so that the bounties have a “last known location”, using a d50 to choose a location in the Twin Cities.
Everything else, dungeons, magic items, new abilities is supplemental content that I can add to 2.0 to bulk the book out.
So that’s the plan. I’d be appreciative if you guys kept V&V 2.0 versions within player groups if you could, and feel free to give feedback along the way.
Oh and if you’re particularly swish at making these sorts of PDFs, give me a shout! Especially if you use Affinity Publisher 2. I could use a bit of help getting started with templates and master pages and whatnot.
