Goblin Mum

Much like how Dwarf babies can be swaddled in their own beards, Goblin babies are born in a cocoon of their own ears. Those that observe goblin birth are initially horrified at the the little green package, then heartwarmed by the adorable occupant, then terrified as the feral little fucker leaps for the throat.
