Blood Magic Rework: part 1

Just gotta draw a sexy vampire now, but you get the idea from the neck suck ritual: A refillable Blood Gauge you can use instead of your own Life.

Oh and I removed the need for Spell Uses ‘cause that was kind’a dumb.

EDIT: Changed Blood Bolt to be an easier equation.
