Neil Peart seemed like one of the most fine, upstanding, wonderful people on planet Earth. Watching any interview with him or the group would make you wanna sit down and have a beer with the guy. He was a very very good drummer. He was a very ICONIC drummer; rock music certainly wouldn't be the same and probably even drumming wouldn't be the same without him. With his lyrics, he made nerdy stuff pretty cool for many people. It's a real shame that he's not around anymore, because he was one HELLUVA guy. AND Jesse is right! Was Neil simply the GREATEST?!?!? Nope. Neil Peart WAS robotic. Even NEIL PEART thought that Neil Peart was robotic! He did study with Freddy Gruber and Peter Erskine back in the day, so it's not like Neil thought he was just the Bee's Knee's and didn't have anything to improve upon. Neil Peart understood that there IS NO FINISH LINE. And that's what made him ONE of the greats!

Holy shit; I can't stop cracking up now every time Jesse starts reading a new headline, giddy with anticipation of what he's gonna say about either the clowny shit happening in our clown world, or about the clowny clowns reporting on it.
