if the guy wanting to work out is reading this, you just do medium work outs 3-6 sets a day with 2-4 exercises each set, its nothing and ull get results. The point of lifting really heavy and that is pointless unless your competing, yeah you'll destroy your joints. Take it easy and be smart and ull get results pretty easily. Start now no lollygaging.

Couldn't agree more about the full band point. Played bass in a few bands. When it comes together with decent players, it's a feeling you dont get anywhere else.
The BitHead1000 Tribute video is starting to take off with submissions coming in and even more people stating that they will be making clips for it soon. But I still need everyone's help to get the word out if it is to be successful! If you haven't heard of the project at all yet, then do a YouTube search for Tea Bee Adventures, scroll through my latest videos and look for the latest with BitHead in the subject. The goal of the project is to let the bithead community meet each other, to encourage bit head and to entertain all of us. Please check it out if you haven't already and help get the word out!
Update, two people sent me in clips already. I have a handful of other Bithead fans that claim that they are sending in one soon. I have an OG retro game collector YouTuber that all of the long term Bithead viewers will recognize slated and I have a current gaming youtuber with a large following slated as well. I would like to see as many faces as possible for this project so if you want to make a short clip that would be wonderful. Spread the word.
