Movies & TV to pass time: The 'Burbs. Get the movie the 'Burbs, put it on repeat and watch it non-stop.
this music is so morbiddity
Agreed. I'm thinking 5 p.m. EST on a Saturday. It's the best time for drinking and general availability.
That’s 10pm GMT. Works for me I noticed the Patreon has dropped below 700. Sad times.
That's odd. I was live streaming to my youtube with OBS from well before I had 100 subs. But I would be glad to live stream it. Also I'm not sure if 3am is really the best time? Yes I know we know that he films early in the morning most of the time but we won't be able to know if he will be able to watch it on the day of the live stream. If we make it in the evening then more people will be able to watch it and join in the stream. And I'm guessing he'll be able to watch at let's say 5PM or so. Also if people are going to have a drink then maybe most people won't want to knock one back at 3am. My idea is to first see how many people want to jump on stream. Then once we know that I would ask everyone to pick one of their favorite moments from a bithead video. Like, pick a video and a time stamp and then why you like this part so much. Like, do you like it just because it's funny or does it have some greater meaning. Let's say keep each selection to 1-7 mins depending on how many people are in stream. Also some big names watch bithead. I would love to get them on board. It would be a huge undertaking but I would love to make it happen. It might take some time to organize and we need to do it even if bithead comes back before the stream goes live.
Looks like we just need 100 subscribers to livestream directly on YouTube. Looks like you have that, Tea Bee. I don't because I've never uploaded anything public. Is it possible for you to start it and others join, even if the others don't have 100 subs? If everyone needs 100+ subs to join in, which I suspect is the case, then best to do it on Zoom or Google Hangouts so that everyone can join the tomfoolery.
I’d be down for some kind of livestream!
LET'S GOOOOO!!!! LET'S GOOOOO!!!!! LET'S GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
I hate making a Christmas list because I never get what I ask for. You are absolutely right about yourself being the best gift giver to yourself. How the the hell am I supposed to ask for PC Engine games from people who have no idea what the hell that even is?
Remembering that infectious excitement of Jesse booting up his emustation, being overwhelmed with the library, then exclaiming “We could go anywhere guys!” All 80k of us were right there in the shed along for the ride.
Hey Tea Bee, that gives me an idea. We should host a BitHead1000 appreciation livestream. The awesome community that has sprung up around the show can get together, drink beer and Jack Daniel's, shoot the shit, talk about the show and what it's meant to them, reminisce about our favourite episodes, and so forth. BitHead can pop in too if he wants, but he doesn't have to -- especially if he's taking some sort of digital hiatus. We could set it for some time that BitHead tends to be available in case he does want to join, though I'm not sure when that is, other than 4:00 a.m. EST. What say you?
IM IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a couple years we've had. A global pandemic, war in Europe, and worst of all, the possibility that the BitHead1000 show might be done for. If that's the case, these truly are the end times, and the Four Horsemen will no doubt be taking dumps on our lawns soon and giving us all cancer of the prick. Come back, Jesse! I don't want cancer of the prick!
I'm in the process of subscribing to everyone that left a positive comment on Bithead's newest video. And I followed a bunch of people that follow him on twitter. Got to keep that community together some how should he dip out for awhile.
👍🏻
I think Bithead is forgetting that the show is ORDAINED BY GOD HIMSELF!
Please don't stop doing the show!
This is all I have to say on the the subject of quitting the show…https://youtu.be/PTl7mgtsi2M. Take a break, slow down, reimagine the format, but don’t ever quit.
Jesse, you will love british comic character "Buster Gonad"... https://tinyurl.com/bddpw8sc
The last tarot card proves the show is ordained… at least by an 8-bit Tarot rom! Thank you for your genuine interest in our collective well-being Jesse. The feeling is mutual. Be well!
Me too; somebody hold me please!
I AM depressed after seeing the last episode
Check out my newest video on youtube about bithead1000. Huge project in the works. I need everyone's help on spreading the word.
Those were great advices
Jesse "I'm not like majorly depressed but I'm like..... what would you call it?" Me: "Married, I call that married"
Love you Jessie <3
Oh man; laid up with nothing but time; have you watched all the BitHead1000 videos from the beginning? There’s a good chunk of time! Then, besides Breaking Bad, and this of course depends on what you’re naturally drawn to, there’s Arrested Development, Twin Peaks, Metalocalypse, any Bob Newhart show, any Carol O’ Connor show, Twilight Zone, The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show, even some Waltons and/or Little House on the Prarie. You’ll feel wholesome and purged after this. Take care man; hope things continue to get better for you!
The Sopranos. That’ll keep someone busy for a month or 2. Best tv there is. Then a few decent British telly programs, Peaky Blinders, Luther, Black Mirror, Line of Duty, Sherlock, The Office (UK). Bonus of British telly is series/seasons only last 4-7 episodes. And in most cases theres closure, instead of annoying cliffhangers every 15 minutes.
Had a 18 year old co worker the other day say "life sucks" I asked him if he still had both of his parents, he said he did. I said, then life is good.
These were great advices!
