World of Secrets: Development Update #10

Greetings, Seekers of Secrets,

Yes, we are truly excited! We've been racing against time and making excellent progress behind the scenes. Although it may seem like we haven't done much in the foreground, our plans and schedules for extending gameplay on the Steam platform in October are proceeding quite well. We are confident that we will deliver exciting content alongside Halloween. Our goal is to strengthen the game's foundations by those dates, ensuring that interactive gameplay is an enjoyable experience and not a source of frustration. Here are some of the highlights and changes that stand out in this episode:

Renders

We have prepared over 700 new renders for this chapter. To enhance the comprehension of the story, we've kept this section concise, focusing on providing an interactive experience. Our goal is to encourage players to engage more actively with the storyline.

Animation

We have added three new distinct animations to make the story flow more captivating. Additionally, we've introduced a new animation for interactive interactions to make character-to-character communication more vivid and striking.

Map

You can now hover over locations on the map to view their names, making the map more user-friendly.

Phone

• We’ve introduced a new phone model.

• A Task List application has been added, which will now serve as a helpful guide during gameplay.

• We’ve included a Wallpaper application, allowing you to personalize your phone's appearance.

Inventory

• We’ve made changes to item names, improving visuals.

• Inventory slots have been expanded, and a new page has been added, allowing you to carry more items.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved FPS issues when the map is open.

• Fixed an error in the name entry screen.

• Adjusted the timing of moving objects.

• Added punctuation and corrected grammar.

• Improved map image quality and corrected location names.

• Fixed a bug that caused the game to crash when changing Jack's name.

• Resolved an early completion error that occurred when meeting Clara before Barbara in the library.
