World of Secrets: Development Update #24

Greetings, Seekers of Secrets,

We’re thrilled to announce that the new version of our game is finally ready! Right now, we're in the final stages of testing, making sure everything is running smoothly and looking out for any potential bugs. If all goes well, we’ll be rolling out the update in the next few days.

You’ll notice we’ve updated our version numbering. This change comes in anticipation of the upcoming major update, which, as we've hinted before, will introduce the Visual Novel (VN) mode. This new mode will give players the option to experience the game in a more traditional VN format, while those who prefer the full, interactive experience can continue playing as they have been.

In this update, you'll find a host of new renders that showcase brand-new characters, locations, and animations. We’ve decided to apply these updates directly rather than using the older assets, knowing that the next update will completely revamp everything. This means that while this current chapter might seem short, it’s packed with fresh content that gives you a glimpse of what’s to come.

Speaking of the next update, it will be our biggest yet, marking the transition to version 1.0 and the conclusion of Season 1, Episode 1. The entire game will be overhauled with updated visuals, new characters, new locations, and of course, the long-awaited new map.

Additionally, we’re introducing a new control panel for animations in this update. I’ll be sharing more about this in upcoming development updates, but consider this a little teaser of what's to come!

Lastly, I’ve noticed some confusion lately about our work. Let me clarify that our sole focus is on World of Secrets. We’re not working on or developing any other games at this time. If you’ve seen something that looks similar, it’s not from us. It’s possible you’re mixing us up with some of the earlier projects, but rest assured, World of Secrets is our one and only priority.
