Hello everyone! For many of you, I am a familiar face, especially in the Grim Sci-Fi niche of our already niche hobby, but with Sell-Swords & City States we enter the Realms of the Fantastical. With this new adventure, I expect that for many others this is a first impression, and there are no do-overs with first impressions. 

And with that in mind I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Nico, the sole owner and operator of ThatEvilOne Miniatures. I was lucky enough to get into hobby printing just as the technology was first becoming a household tool, starting with an old PrinterBot Play in 2016 followed quickly by my first published models on Thingiverse.

In the decade and several dead 3D printers since, what started as a hobby has turned into a fun side hustle and, as of January 2025, I finally said goodbye to animating Mechwarrior games and turned this into a full time career. I've never looked back since.
