After the death of your father, you are returning to your childhood home to visit your mother's best friend Monica and Monica's two daughter's whom you grew up with. It has been several years since you've seen them, so the game centers around the MC's quest to re-build these old relationships, forge new ones and deal with everything life has to throw at you including the fallout from your deceased Father's will.
In addition to these three ladies, there'll be plenty of other characters in play (friends, foes, neighbors, stalkers and the "Coffee-Shop Girl").

I'm big fan of Where the Heart Is. Loads of sexy women and also has the same sort of heart-warming feels as House in the Rift. I remember when the first releases came out Monica seemed rather homely (especially compared to the typical characters in this genre), but really made up for that with her personality and charm. Makes it feel a bit more "real".
are any of you guys following A House In The Rift? good story and content.
I love this story but I don’t trust the step mother at all and I hope there’s a harem ending rather than pick one girl cause that’s hard

This game is great! My favorite game I’m supporting. Really deep branching paths add a lot of replay value. It’s also like 75%+ completed so there’s a lot of content. Highly recommend.
