You can use the patch to upgrade any version beginning with 0.5.10a1 to version 0.5.11r1 , just make sure to get the right flavour (hi-res/compressed).
To use the patch, place the .exe file into the game’s root folder and launch it.

man I cna't for the love of god find the items for cyborg.. I got everything else. + no idea how to use the ring if ther eis anyway
Just finished it, enjoyed it very much. The Halloween content was great, just wish we had got a full scene instead of the fade out. Still haven't figured out what is, or where to find Yona's second item (found the scythe), but I'll keep trying.
Very well done... looking forward to the next update.
