Are you going to put this version on itch.io, or is it going to stay on Patreon?

Yes, but later

Hi, if I have version 0.8.11 for PC from itch.io, how can I update it? Or do I have to wait for the version to be released through the launcher?

If you want to keep using the itch launcher, you'll have to wait. Itch and Patreon versions are mostly identical, but I can't promise the patches from Patreon will work
