what’s the diff between master version and regular version ?
There's no "master version". If you mean the Master Release Posts, those are public posts with a changelog for the current version and the like
Hey i download the game from itch.io for Android and after installation when I check the app information it was showing me the version is 0.6.15a1 even though at the website it was showing the latest version 0.8.01

I did Caitlin's heist and only got 1 dream even though I found all the girls. Is there a way to get the dreams? I've made it to the end of what the normal story offers and maxed out her quest.

Was there any story change between 7.21 and 8.01? I just loaded the new version but no new journal quests
There is one new quest, but it's not story-related. v0.8.01 was mostly a housekeeping update with one new huge sex scene

You can use the MEGA links, they link to single files. Or just select the version you want by the filename.
