Archaeological Dig [29x55]
Hey everyone!
We hope you're having a great September and enjoying the coming autumn/spring weather. :)
An archaeological dig in some form or another has been suggested a lot over the years (people just love bones and ruins I guess!) so here's our attempt on the theme. The long buried ruins of a fight to the death with a dragon, its final moments finished with a spear through the neck. We wanted to make it seem a bit more magical and vivid than a regular fossil. All the maps get Foundry support, it just takes a few days to get it set up. Probably will handle that at the beginning of October. :)
Fantastic as usual... but wouldn't this technically be a paleontological site? 🤔😋
i was wondering same thing, archeology has to do with human remains or historical evidence of humans. however we can see human skeletons here. so it could be a historical fight of human vs dragon or humans eaten by a dragon
