The Great Library [multiple sizes]
Great Library!
Wecome to our grand 7 storey library. For each floor we've created a 'day and night' (even though they're technically subterranean) so there's 16 variations in total for this map!
We wanted the library to be a massive place for your party to delve through, possibly the home of secret and dangerous knowledge or the lair of a studious Beholder or Lich.
We noticed there were a lot of medieval libraries already out there so we wanted to make something a bit more elaborate and art nouveau. This is a lavish place of many wonders, including an orrery, a taxidermy bestiary, a dragon skeleton and an endless pit of books.

Our friend Griffin over at The Griffon's Saddlebag has provided us with two awesome magical book items with art and stats that you can have your party discover in the library. These are great items you can plug into any campaign to spice up your knowledge delving within the library. We've included these in the zip files for every tier.
And our friend Michael Ghelfi has provided a free evocative Library Ambience track for you to use along side the maps. That's available for streaming and download for all patrons here!

Is it possible to get just the overhead planet bit? I'd like to add it as an overhead overlay.
I created a great Puzzle for the Chrono room can't wait to use it!!
How do they all connect? Is there an 'order'? I see lots of staircases and such, but I can't make sense of how they line up.
lol why is there a beach in the center of the library?
The idea was based on Machiya, Riads and other buildings that have inner pools of water to help cool the building and circulate air. We just went for a more fantastical version.
I am having the dangdest time getting the grid on this to match up
Sorry to hear that, might be worth asking on the Discord and seeing how other people managed it. The grids on all our maps should be the same.

These are fantastic. One thing though, the Krono room seems off centered when you switch between the two. If you're doing layered switches, it might look off.

I already have a library in my campaign, but my players burnt it down soooo.... Presto! New library!! (Please don't burn this one down too, your dynamite will be confiscated at the door.)
Love this! My players are about to head to Port Damali in Wildemount, and they absolutely needed a huge, lavish library to play in!
