Celestial Chapel [33x46]
Hi everyone :)
This map is the first in a new series we’re making. It’s going to focus around a journey to the Celestial Mountain. The series will generally have a Heavenly/Olympian/Elysian vibe. Cze had Olympus, Sinai and Mount Analogue in mind when designing the series, but if you want to take your players to DnD’s Mount Celestia these should be a good fit!
This first map is the exterior of the Celestial Chapel. Within this small monastery chapel, monks diligently study the old manuscripts, writing, collecting and protecting the sacred mysteries of the Celestial Mountain. But recently things have taken a turn for the worse. Local villagers have stopped hearing from the monks, nor seeing them at the monthly markets. Rumours have spread that a planar plague somehow infected the monastery and has been ravaging its occupants.
We'll leave the details of the plague up to you, but if you want it to use this map for a more high energy encounter perhaps it has turned the monks into the thralls of devils or werebeasts. Whether you might find some survivors within or not is left to be seen but certainly there are secrets for those daring enough...
Enjoy! We can't wait to show you more of this series!

This map is awesome!
This one is so good! I only wish there were a "no bodies - winter". ♥
If you ask in the Map Remixes channel in the discord I'm sure someone will be able to help with that!
This could really play into the idea of Time Travel, swapping from one variant to the next out of the blue!
Oh this is a wonderful map, lots of options for tactical movement and combat, abuses, siege and defence, narrative. Please more of these!
Absolutely need an interior for this!
I am so excited about this one~!
Amazing! Are you going to make interiors in this series?
The interior of this map is coming next month. :)
yessss! as someone who runs a Theros Campaign I could really use more archaic fantasy themed Maps so i am VERY excited for this series
