86 Birchwood Drive
I love, love, love this house. Architecturally, I guess we can call this a modern, mountainous, brutalist...farmhouse? It's got a little bit of everything in it. The interior style choice is sort of Scandinavian, in that it uses a lot of deep wood tones, concrete and white. I also made it a point to not really clutter it up as the simpler vibe fits it best! This was built in Forgotten Hollow (comes with Vampires) and I fully recommend that you place it there too as the mountain views are STUNNING!
30x30 lot in Forgotten Hollow
2 bedrooms x 2 bathrooms
Play tested and fully functional
I used K Hippie's terrain replacement mod, which isn't necessary but really adds to the realism of the world around this house. You can read more about the mods I use for my gameplay & screenshots ➝ here.
↳ BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE HOUSE, YOU NEED THESE TWO TERRAIN PAINTS:
Terrain Paint I || Terrain Paint I
PAID CC: Aggressive Kitty's Brutalism | Minimal

Thank you ALL for supporting me. Without you lovely folks, I'd have very little motivation to share any of my creations. Some of you have been here for over a year now; far longer than the amount of time I've been "good" at this, so special thanks to you for growing with me! Enjoy the build <3

I am having trouble downloading the home. when i put in the password, it does not start the download.
NVM, I usually download the decluttered version, which i was not able to download. But I was able to download the cluttered version.
This is absolutely stunning - great job AGAIN this month💞absolute pleasure supporting you.
Absolute pleasure having your support — you’re the best m’lady! 💕
YOU NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE‼️ 💕💕💕‼️. YOU THE GOAT 🐐
The goat?! 🤧😍 I’ll (humbly) accept this! Thank you sis!
Stones and gravel are flooring for The Sims 4, i it's the Terrain Paint I that we must download? because there is other terrain Paint, it's correct.
Must download both my love 💕
i love this house, the materials you use are different from the usual materials, which makes your other houses warmer, with wood which is a noble material. The mixture of wood, white, gray, finally colors that I like !! I love this house. And i love you too. i go to do my little family here, but but vampires are going to attack us from all sides right? where I kill all the vampires and I put sims neighbor.thank you so much for this fabulous house , love for you. mouhaa.♥♥
This is quite possibly the cutest comment I’ve ever received! 😂 The Vampires May come to steal some blood from your family but can’t you lock the doors at night so that they stay away? 🤗
My life is complete! I’ve already got my storyline for this beautiful home!!! Thank you again love for all you do.
Sis I hold you so near and dear! Thank you for always, always showing love! I can’t wait to follow your story in this 🥰
