947 Mangrove Court
I haven't built a home for male Sims since I released Gentleman's Lane ions ago; it was time, I was inspired and I had a blast building this after bracing the holiday snow rushes. I hope that you all enjoy this one too!
40x30 lot in Oasis Springs (top right of the map)
2 bedrooms x 2 bathrooms (not necessarily suitable for children)
Tons of outdoor entertainment (including full bar, dining area and full kitchen)
2 living areas
PACKS USED:
Get Famous (needed for ALL fireplaces), Outdoor Retreat (asphalt terrain paint on driveway), Spa Day (mirrors), Vampires (misc outdoor landscaping), Jungle Adventure (mountain rocks), Get to Work (fencing in kitchen), Get Together (columns, I assume)
Have a safe, happy & healthy New Year!
Now this master bedroom is especially cool because the open to above area is the closet. Imagine: undressing after a long day, showering and then jumping over the glass railing directly into bed. What. A. Life. The "bathtub" is also, of course, a swimming pool.
Upstairs landing leading into the informal living room:

💞💞💞
Ok sorry I looked in build mood and I did see one that would fit I think it just didn't put it down thank you :)
Oh and yes I have all the packs
I love this but have a question when placing it says items removed no big deal but I really loved the first big fireplace in the photo but when placing it down the big base is there but no fireplace in side the glass like you showed can you tell me where to find thaty? Thanks Hun.
Hey Colleen! Just press play :) There isn’t a fireplace in there, I manipulated some lamps in the basement to provide the fireplace effect. You won’t see it in build mode. It’ll appear in live mode once you play ♥️
did you include the cars in the decluttered version of the house?
Nope sis! The cars are the highest poly so I never include them in the decluttered files. I can link them if you want though. Or you can grab them from the Cars folder of the cluttered download <3
you always outdo yourself. what more can say lol. ❤💕💕💕💖💋💋
There's nothing I can say that hasn't been said already about the skillful way you build your lots: Interior design - superb, exterior design, superb, landscaping, superb. After placing, I go into camera mode and tour the lots like I would a real house. They NEVER disappoint!
This made me smile!! Thank you so much love. I've only known you for a very short time, but you've been so wonderfully kind to me. Thank you for that! I hope you have a safe holiday season. All the best and the biggest hugs xo
