505 Beverly Hills Blvd
I'm in a very L.A state of mind this month, so to complement my latest Rodeo Drive build, I designed this modern chic Beverly Hills home! If you've been following me long enough, you know how much I gravitate towards neutral monochrome colors but this time: I wanted a RAINBOW. The curved pool feature + sunken in firepits made this build challenging to execute, but I've never met a challenge I didn't like!
50x40 lot in Del Sol Valley [left side] // can also be placed on the 50x50 non-oceanfront lot in Sulani
2 bedrooms x 2 bathrooms [not ideal for kids]
Outdoor bar, full kitchen, dining & living spaces
Office
Curved pool, sunken in fire pits + more!
Enjoy xox - thank you for the mountains of love and support!

Hi may I have the link for this one please ?
Hi hun — the download link is in the post. Check “Cluttered” I will need to update this build in the coming weeks as it requires a few batch fixes to work properly xo - you can do them yourself, though, in Sims 4 Studio! Let me know if you need help.

Can you please send me the link? Thank you so much God bless
Messaged you!
My sims aren't able to go on the lot. Can you help me with this problem
Sure I can — it would depend on a number of factors, like if you placed it somewhere other than where I built it. The house sits on a platform, but there is a stair in the front of the house that should enable access for the Sims — is that there?
this is amazing. thank you ♥

Oh I’ve missed you! Let’s check in soon! I hope you’re doing well sis ♥️
thank you queen! ❤️ i will never forgive EA for making Del Sol Valley so small 😩
My pleasure! I’ve avoided building in this world for that reason and now I’m in love with it 😫 I may try a small suburban house in the “low end” areas....wishful thinking though. Glimmerbrook is nice — I’ll build there instead
let the downloading begin
Lmao, you were NOT playing! I love it. Can't wait to catch up on your story!
Yaaaassss
