IX Landgraab Apartment
This is the first of three apartment builds set to release this month. The goal was to maintain my signature aesthetic while incorporating some warm and bright colors. I think that this apartment is unisex so it can fit Sim couples of all types! It's definitely not suitable for Sims with young children as currently designed. I'd recommend using a family that either has no children or has a teenager. Even if your Sim is already settled into another home, this would be a great "Air BnB" kind of loft for the role players and story tellers.

I cannot downland
This is such a lovely build! Is it possible to somehow put it on a residential lot instead of in an apartment? I have a pair of Sims living in Widenberg and this build would be perfect for them :)

I love your content so much i had to Join your patreon ty for making such fantastic builds and i have a question i have trouble with the same exact cc showing up in these types of builds or any for that matter is there a reason why it doesn't show in my game? am i doing something wrong? Hi love! Thank you so so much for your support!! I appreciate you. Sometimes custom content is affected by how it’s organized in your mods folder - for example: if you’re just dragging and dropping the folders from my download into your download folder, it will create too many folders for your game to read. I recommend opening each folder from the download and dragging the files in manually. It takes longer but it is more effective. Be sure to place the lots with the move objects cheat activated. The CC goes in your Mods and the tray files goes in your tray folder — a lot of people get that confused too. Other than that, it would mean that the CC was cloned from an item in a pack that you don’t own yet. Most of my

I just can't believe the detail. It must be mind draining to plan and find all the items for the homes. Believe me, I'm extremely grateful, but you have to be pulling your hair out sometimes! LOL! You find every little flower, plate, picture, pillow, etc. Time and effort goes into these builds and I'm just in awe of you and Sushi! You are so greatly appreciated. You'll never know how much!!
I love Sushi! They're so talented! And thank you, always, for your kind words, K! My process is very meticulous: I have a "Sim Journal" where I write down all of the CC I want to use. I start by designing the personality of the person who'd live there -- that guides the style I'm trying to achieve. I take one night to comb through 25k files (lol) to hand pick the perfect pieces for the build. I then move the CC to that home's inventory and then it's like piecing a puzzle together from there! So, yeah! 100% made with love! xo
