1310 21 Chic Street
Surprise! Here's a snack build - aka, an apartment. I didn't feel like building last night, but I did want to decorate so here is a one bed x one bath studio apartment. I like to assign "themes" to my builds, so we'll call this Boho Glam. This house was designed for the 1310 21 Chic Street apartment in San Myshuno. Requires City Living.
Note: while play testing this lot, I couldn't get my Sim to use the shower, no matter which one I used. You may need to play around with placement of the shower head, if this is a deal for you.

Hi, can i have the link?
Hi, please send the link.
This is free - you can download this from the post :) Although I wouldn’t suggest it as it’s old and hasn’t been updated. I sent you a message, please check it. Thank you.
Hi, please send the link.
i literally just did all that and i finally got it ! thank you so much ❤️
i know im super late , but i just pledged to you . i cannot find it in the gallery anywhere ! pls help , i have city living im just not sure how to locate it
Hey love — make sure you’ve placed the tray files directly in your tray folder (no sub folders) and click “include custom content” when searching through your Library. You can also select “EA Account ID” from the drop down menu and search my creator name. My builds should be there then xo
link pls
BRAVO!
Yummy Thank you love your builds!!
Wish I could respond to each one of you individually but my son is currently dousing himself in shampoo so I have to go, asap lol - it's my absolute pleasure to create for you all so it's ME that's most grateful. A big house coming in a few days <3
Thank you for this!!!💛
You're very welcome! <3
cant find it in my gallery for some reason
Do you have City Living? Apartments are listed as rooms in the Gallery so you should be looking for what appears to be a room. If you don't have City Living then I don't think it will show at all - let me know if this helps!
Thx you
