COFFEE SHOP - a maxis match cc set

Hi!

This is a small free maxis match set and also very compatible with the new businesses & hobbies EP. I think we can never have enough coffee/boba shops and love having a variety of these in my game ❤️

The set includes:

  • Coffee Shop Business Signs (15 swatches)

  • Coffee Shop Menu Decals (12 watches)

  • USM Haller Shelf (4 swatches)

  • Concrete Espresso Bar (4 swatches)

I tried to add a lot of swatches for the shop signs and also the menu decals for more realistic gameplay, the USM Haller shelf is one of my favs irl so I needed to add that. The concrete bar only works with the Get Together EP and has empty slots for displaying cakes, desserts etc.

Lately I’ve been a little bit obsessed with creating my own save file from scratch and want to share more maxis match cc, not sure if I will ever do alpha again because it doesn’t bring me that much joy anymore and I don’t feel like creating when my heart is not in it.

You can find my objects in build mode by searching [[BELLA MM]]!

Happy simming and sipping ☕
