Development Diary #121

After the release of update 1.1, we think it's a good moment to talk about what's next.

As you may know, we are currently focusing on giving each girl her own ending in the game. Dynae, Izuin, Nadine, Saraith, Luth, Vex, and Yraselle already have theirs, but there are still 9 remaining girls.

At this point, we are trying to figure out the best way to approach these final characters. Keep in mind that the total time needed to finish all 9 girls will be practically identical either way, but we have two structure options in mind:

• Split the content into 2 updates (4 or 5 girls per update).

• Create 3 updates with 3 endings each.

We are still unsure which approach to choose. Three updates would mean shorter development cycles and a bit less pressure on us, which might allow us to give a bit more love and time to each girl.

While we have the final say, we would love to know your thoughts. Do you prefer getting 3 new girls per update (meaning more frequent releases), or would you rather have bigger updates spaced further apart so you have more content to dive into at once?

In any case, the 3 girls who are 100% confirmed to receive their endings in the next update are:

• Atzi

• The Night Queen

• Jilliana

And the 2 girls whose inclusion is still unconfirmed are:

• Teigan

• Hazel

Also, please note that there are no side events planned for update 1.2 (unlike Anuk's or Jilliana's in 1.1). So basically our time will be 100% focused on the girls' endings :)
