Pixel animation is very difficult to do well. I think your commitment and, dare I say, determination shows with the level of quality that you are all able to put out on a consistent basis. For Kincaid specifically, I really like the facial expressions from 2nd on left and 2nd from right (the very top row of animations). I think those are my favorites and looks pretty damn good. Give yourselves a pat on the back, the bum, wherever.
