Fixed 2 critical errors related to loading data which got corrupted probably in one of the BSODs I had. There might be more.

Fixed errors with homeless guys.

Failing to load clothes on NPC will leave them naked now instead of breaking the game.

Fixed missing stats in the event while falling unconscious in the Park.

Fixed "blue squares" appearing on the streets.
