How to Install My Custom Sim
After you download, check on windows explorer.
after you copy and paste the file, then open the game The Sims 4, open the "Options Menu" in the right corner, click game options, then follow the following picture:

why are you zip files link to your VLC player? It's a bit odd. I know that this can happen. It's common bug but it is very funny to me
