Workaround for broken Hair Physics on certain AMD hardware

If you experiencing "exploding" hairstyles you can try this workaround. Note that it will disable hair physics:

[ConsoleVariables]

r.HairStrands.Simulation=0

Add that line to the existing [ConsoleVariables] section or create it in %LOCALAPPDATA%\HeadGame2\Saved\Config\Windows\Engine.ini, then restart the game.

Also you should make the file read-only. Unreal tends to override it
