Notice: Patreon Membership Billing Cycle Update

Hello Patrons! Here is a little update on how Patreon will bill old and new patrons from hereon.

On November 1 2026, Patreon is automatically switching to a billing cycle that charges on the same numerical day of the beginning of subscription. Previously, patrons were charged on the 1st day of the month, regardless of what numerical day the patron started pledging on. I have decided at Patreon's request to switch to the new billing cycle.

If you are already a patron, and continue your subscription, it should work out that you will continue to be billed on the first of each month.

If you are a new patron after August 10, 2026, you will be billed each month on the same day that you first subscribed.

If you are already a patron, if you cancel and sign up again, you will be treated as a new member and charged at signup. However, if you cancel and sign up again on the same tier before your original access has ended, your billing date remains their original join date.

This change also prevents the common problem where a new patron may join in the late month, only to be charged when the 1st of the month comes around. However as for the delivery of animation, WIP's and artwork, I can only guarantee that those will be available in each calendar month, regardless of the different dates when patrons join.

Hopefully, this should not be too confusing. I hope to continue delivering content in each calendar month as always. Thank you all again for your continued support!
