The Expanse Season 4 Trailers Reaction! (Early Access)!
Hi all! Here is my reaction to the trailers/promos for Season 4 of The Expanse! I combined all three (the teaser, short trailer, and longer trailer/clip from Comic Con) into one reaction video. I figured that'd be easier for everyone than watching three separate super short videos! It looks like Amazon went all out for Season 4. I'm so happy to see so many of our favorites returning ("Miller" - I love you). I will also be posting my reaction to The Expanse Crack Vol. 2 in just a couple minutes!

Hey Molly! Not sure if you saw that the new trailer for season 4 dropped yesterday (and it's gorgeous). It does hint at more of the story, so if you want to stay away from learning more, maybe just wait, but if you're like me and just need your fix now, it would be great to see your reaction to it. :)
There's definitely a time jump from the S3 finale and the S4 stuff. Enough time has passed to refit the Roci with a rail gun and landing struts and establishing a settlement on the new planet.
Molly, Amazon really upped the quality and cinematography of the series in Season 4. I'm impressed with how good it looks. The clip was movie-quality in my opinion. And looking by what other shows on Amazon are able to do and show off (The Boys), I think Season 4 will be more gritty and allowed more liberties to show off some interesting things. What do you think?
If you are looking for technology videos on the expanse, https://youtu.be/lIRdWi3tKA8 is a good one on the biology of the belters.
Naomi's first time on a planet. I assume that is why they show her working out etc. to build up her strength for a gravity well. From the trailers there seem to be enough differences that its going to be a suprise for us bookreaders as well. Looking so forward to it, though I'm disappointed by it dropping all at once. Will make engaging with the internet problematic until I've finished the show. ps. I advise you follow the cast on Twitter now, especially Cas Anvar, he's brlliant on it, plus does things like having give aways. His Martian on the Move contest. The current one is on the Washington DC area lol.
Welcome to our world (having to wait!) Be sure to check out that plaque Amos (or Alex) was mounting to the Rocinante. Great review. ¶ Since you're on Amazon, after you check out 'The Boys' be sure to check out 'The Tick'. It's a fun change-of-pace!
It's Ilus. Not New Terra. Ilus. >:(
As a belter, Naomi has never been on a planet nor seen a sky. I've seen it mentioned that the planet has slightly more gravity than Earth, It's also a little trying for Alex since Mars has less gravity than Earth.
