Glad that you had the opportunity to watch eps 4 and 5 together, I've seen them a dozen times and I was crying right there with you.

Pretty sure this did not turn the tide but I did post a request on Amazon to tell NBC Universal to back off because reactors are helping to expand (haha) access to the series! I figured it couldn't hurt!

I wonder if it's possible to post the edited versions on google drive to get around these blocks, but I would be surprised if youtube allowed redirecting to a different app even if you include a short introductory youtube video. It would be interesting to try if it doesn't jeopardize your channel.

I'm mad at u Molly: U made me cry!!! lol.... Just one tear, ok, but I didn't cry the first time I saw it!!!..... It only gets better and better from here. So... Miller's fate was bound to Jul, he was like a corpse with no soul till he re-found her here I guess.

Trivia: the kiss between Miller and Julie wasn't originally scripted, the actors ad libbed it because it just felt right, and they decided to keep it in.

So something I misinterpreted the first time through the series but learned later, I think from the books, is protomolecule wasn't named after what I think of when I hear proto, as in "early" or "first" or "simple" or however you might translate it...... Protogen named it after themselves, kind of like a marketing choice. The only time its mentioned in the show was Naomi saying "they gave the god damn thing a name", but it wasn't enough for me to make the connection that it was protogen scientists naming it protomolecule after themselves. Another thing interesting from this episode is you really get to see the vastness of space as a plot point - the delay in communications.... 15 minutes or so from Earth to Tyco/the Roci, and about 1 second from Earth to Luna causing them to speak over each other... unlike other scifi, they don't break the laws of physics to have simple real-time calls. You are now about to enter the main story of Caliban's War, but, there is no slow build up because they actually introduced a bunch of characters for Caliban's War earlier in the season and have been overlapping their introduction with the build up to the end of Leviathan Wakes.... so .... you aren't going to have much time to recover. Infact, Avasarala and Erinwright also didn't get introduced until Caliban's War, they brought them forward for the TV show because obviously they just didn't suddenly exist one day, Leviathan Wake was told exclusively from Holden and Miller's POV, so you would see things happening but not get hints of the story from the other side. Now that the story from Caliban's War is the primary story line, their significance is going to grow I don't know if you are familiar with Alt Shift X, he produces a ton of videos on Game of Thrones.
