[Cards] Tempest Griffon Bracers
And in a gust of wind and ozone, she was gone. As the guard captain picked up one of the stray feathers that had fallen in the woman's place, the groans of his two elite guards gurgled from behind him. Am I crazy, or does this seem too powerful for a rare item? Three melee attacks with added 2d8 lightning power provoking no opportunity attacks, and not consuming any of the player's movement for that turn.
it's about as strong, maybe a bit weaker than Steel Wind Strike which is a 5th level spell so, you could put this perhaps at Very Rare or a high-end Rare handout
You might be thinking of the Tempest Griffon Feather Cape (https://bit.ly/3rdZEY9).
Am I crazy or do I have this card already?
