Companion Cloud Wondrous Item, rare The companion cloud rests in its bottle, and can be summoned by opening the bottle and speaking its command word as a bonus action. While it is summoned, you can use a bonus action to speak the command word again to instant recall it back to the bottle. The companion cloud is a chaotic good sentient tiny air elemental that takes the shape of a cloud. When summoned, it hovers within its summoner's space. You can use your action to command the companion cloud to cast the lightning bolt and call lightning spells (DC 15). When you cast the call lightning spell (whether through the companion cloud or some other method), you can have it originate from the companion cloud. When you do, the companion cloud grows into a dark cloud that occupies a 5-foot cube space directly above you, and the bolts of lightning originates from it. Once the companion cloud has casted a spell, it can't cast that spell again until the next dawn.

**Unfaltering Foghorn** *Wondrous item, uncommon* This heavy horn is carved with rough giant runes. As an action you can blow into it, producing an incredibly loud, low note. All creatures within 600ft can hear this horn and know its precise direction and distance, regardless of deafness or magical effects that suppress sound. This effect also awakens any creature within its area and acts as a strong wind for the purposes of dispersing fog or cloud-like spells. Once used, this property cannot be used again until dusk. **Soul of the Valkyrie** *Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)* This ornate winged helmet is carved with flowing runes, and it is always immaculately clean. While you are wearing this helm you are immune to the frightened condition and can speak, read, and write celestial. You can also activate the helmet as an action to form a pair of radiant wings from the helm, taking on the aspect of the Valkyrie. When you do so, you can cast bless and bane (save DC 15) without material components simultaneously on separate targets. You are able to concentrate on these effects as if concentrating on a single spell, and can spend an action to recast both as long as the helmet is activated. These spells end when the helm's effect ends. Additionally, you gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed and have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) and Charisma (Intimidation) checks. This form lasts for 1 minute or until you dispel the wings as a bonus action. **Stormpoint** *Weapon (pike), legendary (requires attunement)* This heavy silver pike swirls with air elemental energy and contains a bolt of pure lightning suspended in its core. While holding this pike you gain resistance to lightning damage, are immune to the effects of extreme wind and precipitation, and successful attacks made with it deal an additional 1d10 lightning damage. ***Stormcry.*** As an action you can focus the elemental lightning to create a storm centered on yourself. The swirling wind makes the area in a radius of 30 ft difficult terrain, and when you make an attack with the pike on your turn its range is increased by 20 ft. Attacks made beyond its regular range deal lightning damage instead of piercing. If you are outdoors in stormy conditions the radius increases to 60 ft, the additional attack range increases to 50 ft, and you can deal an additional 1d10 lightning damage on an attack once on your turn. The storm can be heard out to 300 ft. This effect lasts for 1 minute or until you dispel it as a bonus action. Once used, it cannot be used again until the next dawn. ***Stormfracture.*** As an action you can destabilize the suspended lightning to shatter the spear, imbuing you with its elemental energy. The weather around you immediately becomes a torrential storm as by control weather, and this effect even creates storm conditions within enclosed areas. An electrical copy of the pike that deals lightning damage forms in your hand and you are considered to have the benefits of the Stormcry ability. After 1 minute the energy overwhelms you, blasting outward in a colossal wave of energy. All creatures within 60 ft must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or take 8d6 lightning damage, or half as much on a success. You automatically fail this saving throw and suffer a level of exhaustion. **Skykeep Beacon** *Rod, legendary* This rod bears the icon of a key dissipating into cloud, and always exudes a gentle fog. You can stab it into the ground as an action, causing it to billow forth a massive cloud. If there is sufficient space, after 1 minute this cloud coalesces into a stone fortress three hundred feet in the air, with a spiral staircase of frozen fog leading up to it from the rod. [insert fortress's statistics]. Any creature inside the fortress can use its action to summon the rod up, severing the staircase. Once the staircase is removed, the castle remains in place for 8 hours or until you stab the rod into the fortress as an action. Afterwards, it dissipates into fog and all creatures inside it drift to the ground at a rate of 60ft per round. Any items that are not being worn or carried meld into the castle, and reappear when it does. ***Cloudfall Protocol.*** When you can see a space within 1 mile that has sufficient space to summon the fortress, you can shatter the rod as an action. Then this happens, the fortress immediately appears above that location and slams to the ground. All creatures within [radius of the castle] must make a DC 17 Strength saving throw or take 20d10 bludgeoning damage as the fortress crashes to earth, shattering into a dense fog. Any objects that had been left in the fortress are scattered in its radius of effect as the fog dissipates.

(Cloud Castle) They Smile Upon You These gloves gifted to someone by a Cloud Giant Smiling One are made from the remains of a Cloud Giant. Imbued with the essence of a Smiling One you gain the ability conjure a cloud above your target. This cloud solidifies into a Boulder and does 3d8 bludgeoning damage a number of times equal to your CHA Modifier This item also gives the ability to cast gaseous form, major image, and feather fall once per day as you tap into the mischievous giants Magic

[Cloud castle] - Ascension Cane A walking cane that can be planted into the ground to create a cloudy spiral staircase and the cane extends to form the central pillar. For the castle in the clouds, I'd like to see a reusable fall-breaker (parachute) used by the 101st airborne cloud jumpers battalion. While worn you can use an action to slow your fall. The fall must be more than 150 feet for the fall-breaker to adequately break your fall, but no more than 500 feet. This can support no more than two medium sized creatures, or one large creature, and cannot be used in this way more than once per tenday.

Psionics remorse. This half circle made of a near transparent gem is six inches in diameter and weighs one pound. As an action, you can touch this stone and create a psychic bond with it for a long as you are touching it. While linked this way, you can share thoughts and memories that are not yours. Learning from what the gem already contains or giving to its collection. If you contribute anything, that memory is no longer present in your surface thoughts but can still be accessed if pressed. The stone magically, faintly glows different colors based on the current memory being accessed.

Cloudwalker boots. As long as you are near the floating castle or skyship these boots are attuned to. You have a flying speed equal to half your movement speed. This movement is limited to how you would normally walk and only lasts for up to one minute before needing to recharge over a short rest. If you go any further than the max range from the power source (the one that powers the flying castle/skyship) the boots loose their power until recharged.

For the castle in the clouds, I'd love to see a set of wings like Daedalos from Greek mythology. Feather-based, but mostly mechanical, designed for gliding. Might fold up partially? Super handy, but make you vulnerable to lightning and fire damage?
