Elite Workshop Day 2 — Let's make something from a Xorn!

Hey heroes! Let's make an item from a Xorn!

These are loose item ideas using on the suggestions from yesterday's direction poll. Some of these may have had their ideas adjusted or combined with other like-minded suggestions. The final product may or may not use the original wording, so these are the core of the items' functionality and flavor.

Ideas

Gaze of Xorn — A sapphire cut to look like an eye that allows you to peer through it and identify the estimated gp value of objects you concentrate on. Staring through the eye for longer periods of time can cause temporary blindness.

Xorn Eye Coin — A magical coin that bears an eye on its face that looks in the direction of the most valuable treasure within 60 feet of you that isn't behind too much stone, wood, or lead. It vibrates as you get closer to treasure.

Xorn Greaves — A set of rough, leather-guarded boots that allow you to burrow easily through unworked earth and stone and grant you limited tremorsense once a day. While you gain these benefits, you can also identify nearby precious gems and metals.

Thanks for the suggestions! Let's make something fun this week!
