Elite Workshop Day 2 — Let's make a Will-O-Wisp item!

Hey heroes! Let's make an item from a Will-O-Wisp!

These are loose item ideas using on the suggestions from yesterday's direction poll. Some of these may have had their ideas adjusted or combined with other like-minded suggestions. The final product may or may not use the original wording, so these are the core of the items' functionality and flavor.

Ideas

Ghost Candle — A candle that, while lit, duplicates the effect of the blink spell on you. When you vanish, a Will-O-Wisp appears in your location that you can control until you reappear again.

Spirit's Pan Flute — A flute that was played by a talented musician who's since passed on. When you play it, you can cause it to recreate the effect of the dancing lights spell or a lightning version of the spiritual guardians spell. 

Wisp Cloak — A billowing cloak haunted by Will-O-Wisps that allows you to move through other creatures' spaces and gives you advantage on death saving throws, but forces any creature within 5 feet of you at 0 hp to make a DC 10 save or instantly die.
