Three or more of your commented suggestions relating to the winning item direction will be up for a follow-up vote tomorrow!

Remember that this will be an official Saddlebag item and will not credit anyone for the ideas generated through this process. Please only bring ideas you're comfortable with sharing to the workshop!

Wispform Circlet Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster) While wearing this circlet, you can use your action to transform into the form of a will-o'-wisp. This transformation ends after 1 minute (or maybe one hour?), or if you fall to 0 hit points. While transformed into a will-o-wisp, you can still cast your spells that don't require material components. When you use this property, you can't use it again until the next dawn.

Wisp Cloak Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement) This near-weightless cloak seems to always cloak your face in mystery and makes you feel safe and at home in lonely and haunting locations. While wearing this cloak, you can attempt to hide even when no cover is nearby as long as you are lightly obscured. In addition, while lightly obscured you can travel through other creatures’ spaces as if they weren’t there, but you cannot end your movement in another creature’s spot. While no other creature can perceive your location, you can whisper a prayer of despair and cause the surrounding area within a 120 foot radius of you to become coated in a haunting fog that causes the area to become lightly obscured for 1 minute, but once you use this ability you cannot use it again until the following dawn. **Curse**: This cloak is cursed and attuning to it spreads its curse to you. Whenever you come within 5ft of a creature that is at 0 hp but still alive, the creature must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or instantly die. The Whispering Healer’s Kit Wondrous Item, rare This healer’s kit appears to be a plague doctor’s bag filled with bones and incense. By opening the bag and offering a prayer to the dead while making a DC 13 Religion skill check, you cause the interior to glow with a haunting yellow light for 10 minutes that sheds bright light for 10 feet and dim light in an additional 10 feet. This effect ends early if you close the bag. Whenever you attempt to stabilize a creature using this kit, you remove one of the bones from this bag and stab it into the creature. After becoming stable, the creature may attempt a DC 13 Religion skill check. If the creature succeeds, their consciousness is manifested as a ghostly light above their body. This light has 4 hit points, an AC of 19, a flying speed of 30 feet, and statistics and skills that match the original person’s own statistics. The light this creature’s spirit inhabits is incorporeal and cannot interact with any objects but can whisper to other creatures within 10 feet of it and can make a Shock attack that is a melee spell attack that has a +4 to hit, a reach of 5 feet, and deals 2d8 lightning damage. If the light falls to 0 hit points, the creature’s spirit returns to their original body unless it has been killed. After 1 hour, or if the creature becomes conscious, the light dissipates and the spirit returns to the creature’s body.

Wily Whisperer A flute that is inhabited by a friendly wil-o'-wisp. You can play a docile song with the instrument and cause the wil-o'-wisp to flutter around you and shed light for the duration. Alternatively, you can play a shrill song and agitate the spirit, mimicking the effects of the spiritual guardian's spell, except the area of affect is limited to the same area as the wisp's light, and the damage type becomes lightning.

Ghost Candle Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement) This candle burns with an ethereal light while you are attuned to it. You can cast Blink using this candle, and whenever you vanish to the Ethereal Plane a Will-o'-Wisp is summoned in the place you vanished from. The Will-o'-Wisp is friendly to you and your companions while you are under the effect of Blink. In combat, it shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It obeys verbal commands that you issue to it (no action required by you). If you don’t issue any, it defends itself but otherwise takes no action. If another Will-o'-Wisp is summoned this way, the previously summoned Will-o'-Wisp vanishes. Once this ability has been used, it can't be used again until the next dusk.

Wisplight Torch Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement) This torch glows with a magical blue flame and can reveal the locations of creatures and objects alike. As an action, you can speak the torch's command word to light it up with a magical blue flame for 4 hours, providing bright, bluish light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet. This torch has 7 charges, and regains 1d4+3 expended charges at dawn. You can expend charges to cast the following spells: arcane eye (4 charges), clairvoyance (3 charges), locate animals and plants (2 charges), locate creature (4 charges), locate object (2 charges). When you cast the locate animals and plants, locate creature, or locate object with this torch, the path to it is revealed to you by floating motes of wispy blue light 15 feet apart each. When you cast the arcane eye or clairvoyance spell with this torch, the invisible eye or sensor takes the form of an wisp. If you hit with a melee Attack using this torch while it is lit, it deals 1 radiant damage, and the next attack against the hit creature before the start of your next turn has advantage.

Arctic Pack's Hide Armor (Hide), very rare (requires attunement) This armor is made from a silvery-white wolf pelt, and is very warm when worn. Additionally, while wearing this armor you have advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of your allies is within 5 feet of the creature and your ally isn't incapacitated.
