Hydra Helm Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement) Formed from a hydra's skull, this helmet is built to channel its resilience. You gain advantage on saves against being Blinded, Charmed, Deafened, Frightened, or Stunned, and can maintain watch even when asleep. Additionally, your Constitution increases by 2, to a maximum of 20. Curse. The helmet gives its wearer more of the hydra's traits than they may have intended. You grow a second head, which wears an identical helmet. It is generally antagonistic towards the original head, but avoids actively sabotaging them for its own safety. You lose the helmet's bonuses (aside from the constitution buff) if you have less than half your HP remaining, as the other head is knocked unconscious; these bonuses are regained if you regain enough hit points. Additionally, you must consume twice as much food every day to avoid exhaustion.

Hydrafoil Wondrous Item, Very Rare This belt made of leathered hydra hide bears the resemblance of hydra tails wrapped around one another, weaving in and out to make a proper circle. It was fashioned by a great adventurer who sailed the seas on his fast hydrofoil, and sought to replicate that speed on land. When buckled around a creature, 5 long tendrils shaped like hydra heads extend out from the belt and lift you off of the ground. You mentally control these tendrils and move using them, using a movement speed of 5 per head (eg. 25 if you have 5 heads) and ignoring difficult terrain. Whenever you take 10 or more damage due to an attack or spell, reduce the incoming damage by 1 and lose one of the tendrils. At the end of your next turn, two new tendrils bloom from the severed one. This belt cannot have more than 10 tendrils at a time. This belt resews itself each day at dawn, returning to 5 heads. Jewelry of Hydra’s Regrowth Wondrous Item, common This tan metallic string bares 5 metal emblems of reptilian heads, each with a different gemstone for their eyes. When attached around a body part and tightened, you can pluck an emblem from the string to sever the body part from the place where it is attached. This severing causes no pain and you maintain control of the severed body part for 1 minute. After 1 minute, the body part ceases to function and disintegrates to fine dust and a new body part rapidly regrows where the old one was severed. If there is at least 1 emblem left on this string at dawn, the string magically grows new ones until there are 5.

You choose which attack deals fire damage and which deals cold damage when you declare the attack. Additionally, when you cast a spell or use a breath weapon that deals fire or cold damage, you can change the damage type to the other. Once you use this feature, you can't do so again until the next dawn.
