[Cards] Angler's Armor
"Some say the folks who made this armor were fishmongers who loved the sea. My da' always said they were sick o' the company they kept back at home and were just tryin' to fish up a mermaid. Either way, I suppose they loved the sea one way or another." —Overheard conversation at the Breezeport commons

I will use this in a group on Monday. I constantly need more of these common and uncommon (low level) magic items. Good for any lvl, nothing to great for AC, but chalk full of extra skills or abilities to use.
