[NPC] Kart'huul Endar

Kart'huul Endar
Hobgoblin captain, emissary, bard: lawful evil.

Personality Traits. Kart’huul is aggressive in both his martial training and song. He is charismatic the way a tyrant can be: assertive and confident in all situations. He is dedicated to inspiring his legion to victory and to the glorification of their conquests.

Ideals. I will earn honor, glory, and respect.

Fears. I can’t falter in my certainty or appearance: my weakness besmirches my comrades’.

Quirks. Has been trying to whistle for years.

Secret. Kart’huul accidentally caused the death of his younger sister when playing with a magical dagger in his youth. He is filled with regret and sadness, which in turn fuels his anger and aggression.
