Ideas
1) Black Blood of Rage — A potion that causes a creature to enter an uncontrollable rage, boosting its size, strength, and healing while forcing it to attack the nearest creature without regard for allies. After the effect ends, it suffers severe exhaustion and collapses prone.
2) Wandelabra Staff — An ornate brass staff that can hold up to three wands, allowing you use them as if you were holding them.
3) Rainbow Naginata — A naginata that bears a crescent-shaped blade that shimmers a spectrum of colors. You gain a bonus to attack and damage and can expended charges to smite a creature for additional elemental damage at random.
4) Risa the Ardent's Hammer — A warhammer that once belonged to a warrior heroine capable of withstanding powerful attacks. You can use a reaction while holding it to expend its charges and reduce the damage taken by an ally of your choice within range.
5) Artful Doublet — A reinforced doublet that, when worn under armor, removes the penalties of wearing it while sneaking.
6) Potion of Eldritch Clarity — A chilling potion that suppresses charms, fear, madness, and other mind-altering effects for 1 hour, in turn dealing damage to you for each effect suppressed.
7) Injury — A long black rifle with silver accents, etched with mocking taunted. You gain a bonus to attack and damage with this weapon as it deals psychic damage on hit instead of piercing. When you score a critical hit, a second bullet magically fires and on hit, deals additional damage that ignores resistances and immunities.
