Protector's Armor

Armor (any medium or heavy armor, but not hide), rare (requires attunement)

This armor magically transforms to represent the crest of your family, kingdom, or similar faction (your choice when you attune to it). While wearing the armor, you gain a +1 bonus to AC while you're within 5 feet of at least one friendly creature. In addition, you gain the Protection Fighting Style, except you don't need to be holding a shield in order to use its associated reaction. If you already have this Fighting Style, you can make a single weapon attack against the attacker as part of your reaction if it also misses the triggering attack roll.
